Serigraphy is a screen printing process that uses a frame with a coat of polyester as the master copy. The polyester is left off the master copy in the areas where the ink is to penetrate and print the desired image. By this method, one color at a time is applied using our state of the art equipment.

Printa Color technology allows massive label production with an excellent quality control and accuracy in printing. For an average flexograpy workshop, this kind of work would be impossible.

Printa Color has a flat screen printing process.

We have experience in label printing on adhesive substrates in 1 or 2 views, as well as in the manufacture of emblems and stickers. But we also have the ability to handle material without adhesion for various uses that do not require being stuck on a surface such as styrene, acrylic, polycarbonate or aluminum plates among other materials.

Printa Color has the experience and infrastructure to produce labels that require endure special conditions of exposure during its use, such as sunlight, moisture, fats, oils, powders, abrasive media, as well as different types of fluids (liquid coolant, alcohol, gasoline and acids among others)

We have the ability to manage the information to be printed in various media such as computer files, original drawings, photographs, printed, layouts, specifications, drawings.

If the customer requires it, we can print bar coded or consecutive numbered labels.
